ONCELLCLAW

The assistant that survives your laptop.

A personal Claude assistant you message from WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or iMessage. Its memory, files, and running work live in durable OnCell cells — not in a container on your machine. Close the lid, lose the laptop, reinstall the OS: your assistant remembers everything and wakes on your next message. Idle, it costs ~$0.

CREATE YOURS — NO SETUPSELF-HOST — IT'S OPEN SOURCE

Hosted needs an Anthropic API key. First boot installs inside your cell — a few minutes. Prefer code? Launch one with the API — docs.

WHAT YOUR CLAW CAN DO

Persistent memory
Remembers your projects, people, and preferences across conversations — forever. Survives everything.
Web research
A real browser: browses, reads, fills forms, extracts, screenshots. Research, not search snippets.
Builds & runs software
It's Claude Code inside — writes real code, and births long-lived builder agents for bigger jobs.
Works while you're away
Schedules its own follow-ups — one-shot or cron — and skips waking when there's nothing to do.
Self-customizing
Ask it to add skills, tools, or MCP servers to itself — it installs them.
Your appsconnect in dashboard → Integrations
Email, calendar, GitHub through a credential gateway — your creds never enter the agent's workspace.
Any channel
Web chat and CLI now, Telegram pairs in seconds — WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, iMessage and more via skills.
Private by construction
Its own gVisor cell. ~$0 when idle. Snapshot or fork its entire world.

The full inventory — every channel, skill, and durability guarantee — is in Meet oncellclaw.

HOW IT WORKS

1
Pair a channel
WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, iMessage, or a local CLI. Your machine (or our hosted router) only relays messages.
2
Agents live in cells
Each group gets a gVisor-isolated OnCell cell holding its memory, files, and CLAUDE.md. Credentials never touch the workspace.
3
It survives everything
Idle groups pause to ~$0 and wake on the next message. Snapshot or fork an assistant's entire world in one call.

SELF-HOST IN THREE LINES

git clone https://github.com/anupsinghinfra/oncellclaw.git
cd oncellclaw
bash nanoclaw.sh # add ONCELL_API_KEY to .env for cloud cells

oncellclaw is a fork of NanoClaw — same tiny, auditable codebase — with the agent runtime moved to OnCell. Docker remains a fully supported local runtime. The hosted version runs that same open-source code in a private cell of your own: today you talk to it through web chat in the dashboard, and messaging channels light up as you pair them. Self-hosting has all of them today.
